Eliseo Canada is the maintenance man for Cebu Bible Seminary. Elie
is forever hammering, chiseling, painting, manning a wrench or
sweeping leaves. Without his presence CBS would present a sad
appearance to the world. Many of the tables, chairs, equipment, pipes,
and cement structures, are a direct result of his efforts. When a
gasoline engine, electrical pump, or metal or wood, needs attention, Elie
is the man at the scene. Application of insecticide powder for ants,
chemicals to adjust the pH of the CBS drinking water, repair of termite
damage, the call goes out for Eliseo Canada .
In addition to these, Elie supervises the CBS students in their late
afternoon efforts at cleaning and repairing. The grass is neatly cut and
tree limbs trimmed under his hand. He is a carpenter and mason.
Eliseo Canada is an active member of the Talisay Church of Christ.
